Senior Residential Fit-Out Site Supervisor

Plum Jobs is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for residential refurbishment and fit-out projects in Dubai. You will own site execution, coordinate civil works, steel, MEP, finishes, ceilings and painting, and drive safety, quality and schedule on multiple refurbishment sites across Dubai.

The role requires at least 5 years UAE experience, strong drawing interpretation, site coordination across trades, and a hands-on, ownership‑driven approach.
