Become a pivotal player at BMO Nesbitt Burns as a Senior Compliance Manager for Regulatory Engagement on a strategic 12-month contract. Drive compliance leadership in a technology-focused modernization initiative.
This role involves dual reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Managing Director of Regulatory Engagement, requiring deep knowledge of CIRO regulations and technology projects. You’ll engage regulators and ensure compliance across all operations related to the major Project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of regulatory documentation and submissions
• Identify compliance impacts of current and future operating models
