As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and inclusive interview experience. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, using advanced scheduling tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation throughout the candidate journey.

• Coordinate and manage complex, high-volume interview schedules using automated tools integrated with Workday, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Serve as the primary contact for virtual, multi-day, and panel interviews, ensuring accurate setup and clear communication.
