Amazon Global Realty is looking to hire an experienced bilingual Senior Real Estate Manager to play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network. Regular national travel is required, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Mexico and LATAM team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Amazon Mexico Warehouse/storage strategy.
• Develop and implement investment models with market players to optimize investments.
• Consult with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to secure support for fulfillment center expansions.
• Create the annual Mexico real estate business plan and budget, and be responsible for transactions to meet the business plan.
• Communicate regularly with all business owners, including finance, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering representatives....
