Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years on government or major UAE programs.
- Proven capability in remeasurement contracts, cost control, and valuation of site‐wide works.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows.
- Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
- Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Planswift, etc.) and MS Excel.
