Senior Quantitative Analyst

My client is recruiting for a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join their team! They are a well-known Financial Services organisation with an expanding team. Day rate - likely to run for 5 months with a strong chance of extension.

Responsibilities:-
Conduct independent validation of models across the organisation, assessing methodology, implementation, and performance.
Models will be agnostic.
Review and challenge model assumptions, data inputs, documentation, and governance.
Prepare high-quality validation reports with clear, logical, and evidence-based findings.
Engage with model developers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to communicate insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of model risk processes, tools, and frameworks.
Support broader Model Risk initiatives, driving uplift in risk culture and model governance across the organisation.
