Senior QA Automation Engineer (Antioquia)

Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Quote & Underwrite Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and execute automated tests for complex product enhancements while influencing development decisions. You will work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and other cross‑functional team members within our Agile Scrum environment, supporting the client Quote & Underwrite solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests for new and existing product features.
• Work independently on critical tasks and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including technical analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive innovations to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
