Position Summary Senior Property Administrator, Lease Setup Administration (LSA)
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Finance team. The role focuses on accurately, timely, and standardized setup and maintenance of lease and tenant data across the portfolio, supporting complex transactions, resolving exceptions, and ensuring consistency across asset classes within a centralized team structure.
Responsibilities
Complete lease setup for fully executed leases into ERP systems, including complex or non‑routine arrangements.
Process amendments, renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, assignments, and terminations across a broad range of lease structures.
Review lease documentation and interpret lease terms to ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance.
Maintain building area information, tenant allowances, and other key lease data elements requiring judgment and detailed review.
