Job Code: 39191 | Job Schedule: Day Shift | Compensation: $79,500 – $129,500 CDN annually.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for detailed analysis of the master program schedule, including status, performance, network logic, and critical path.
• Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis (e.g., BEI, CEI, CPLI, SPI).
• Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS; create schedules in an agile workplace.
• Drive IMS and team engagement during customer IBR and internal reviews.
• Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
