Essential Responsibilities

• Review project contracts to understand requirements including timelines, budget, safety, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment needs.
• Liaise and coordinate with designers, technical teams, and clients on all technical aspects.
• Analyze project designs, technical reports, and background information.
• Develop and implement execution plans detailing construction staging, work plans, materials, subcontracting, and equipment needs.
