Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager in Ping Identity’s Business Transformation Office (BTO), you’ll lead complex, strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance across departments. Working closely with stakeholders across Business, IT, Engineering, and Operations, you’ll help define scope, align priorities, map future‑state processes, and drive delivery of high‑impact transformation initiatives.

This hybrid role, based in Denver, requires strong accountability, cross‑functional leadership, and a proactive approach to delivering outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation Delivery, you’ll ensure alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and scalable execution in support of Ping’s continued growth.

This is a great role for someone who can translate strategic priorities into executable plans, connect process improvement with technology enablement, and lead change across a complex organization.
