Senior Project Manager

Job Description

As an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage large‑scale building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion while working closely with our client groups and subcontractors and acting as an integral part of our projects team.

What you will do

• Grow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients to achieve the project goals and vision.
• Support your project management teams to develop and drive the construction schedule ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met.
• Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage and respect project budgets, costs and associated purchasing.
• Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members.
