Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to influence and oversee major capital projects across Strathcona County? The Senior Project Manager, Major Projects, leads the delivery of complex capital projects, including fire stations, recreation centres, and major facility rehabilitations.

This role oversees the full project lifecycle from concept through design, construction, commissioning and the warranty phase. It includes managing the design process to completion of construction documents, and leading construction-phase activities such as contract administration, budget and schedule control, and change management.

Working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects meet operational requirements, County standards, and community expectations.
