Senior Project Manager – Global Surf Destination Construction, Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global Endless Surf projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls to drive design coordination and technical documentation to ensure constructability, sequencing, design compliance, and alignment with overall project schedules
• Manage construction execution, procurement, commissioning, and operational launch
• Act as the primary interface between Endless Surf, developers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and operationally ready on Day 1
• Help establish scalable project delivery systems, governance, and reporting standards as the company grows internationally
