Senior Project Manager – Enabling Works (Earthworks, Excavation & Infrastructure)

Cumming Group is supporting a leading international developer in the delivery of a major mission‑critical infrastructure project in Finland.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Associate Director to lead the delivery of a significant enabling works package during the early construction phase of a large-scale development. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, overseeing contractor performance, construction activities, project controls and stakeholder management throughout the programme.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a construction professional with a strong background in civil infrastructure, site development and enabling works.
