Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll guide mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from initial concept and proposal development right through to final close‐out. You’ll lead pre‑construction under CM, drive design‑to‑tender workflows, convert to a stipulated‑sum model, and execute construction with precision, accountability and collaboration.

As a mentor and coach, you’ll empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game, foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full‑lifecycle delivery of mid‑to‑large commercial projects (roughly $30 M+ in scope)
