10+ years of experience as a Project Director or Program Advisor delivering large enterprise programs in public sector or regulated industry environmentsDemonstrated experience leading technology platform migrations and legacy system retirements, including sequencing and transition designProven capability with COTS platform integration and competitive vendor process planning, including RFP scoping and business case developmentPMP certificationPROSCI certificationStrong Nice to Have
