In this intermediate position, you will contribute to applications systems development alongside the Technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and be able to analyze complex issues, recommend programming solutions, and design effective system functionalities. You'll also support users in operational tasks while driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility studies and IT planning for applications
• Monitor development phases from design to implementation
• Analyze systems and business processes for performance improvement
• Recommend security measures post-implementation
• Develop new features using Java and Spring Boot
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of programming experience
• Strong Java and Spring ecosystem skills
