Senior Program Manager (Toronto)

The Program Manager, Products & Services plays a critical cross‑functional role within the Products and Services organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including Fixed Wireless, Fibre, and Satellite technologies.
• Proficiency in program management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
• Solid business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate commercial drivers and trade‑offs.
