Senior Program Manager

Overview

HDR seeks a Program Manager (Water/Wastewater) with a proven track record in the development and delivery of large water/wastewater capital programs. The role delivers integrated, technically complex, multi-year, multi-project programs with large capital value, multiple stakeholders and high public visibility. Projects may include vertical assets (water/wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, storage tanks, pump stations) and linear assets (distribution and transmission mains, force mains, tunnels, sewers, CSO systems). The program management scope covers design, procurement, construction, site inspections and lifecycle delivery of large capital programs, supported by HDR’s technical and management experts.
