The Seller External Relations (SER) team is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to join the team responsible for developing and executing initiatives that drive measurable small business growth and improve perception of the Amazon store. Through the Sellers in Your Community (SIYC) initiative, we engage with small businesses in Amazon’s store and amplify their stories externally, and advocate for them internally. Our work extends across the Americas, including Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.
