The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 8 years of solid experience in Program or Project Management. A background in a Big 4 or similar consulting firm is essential. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, as well as basic knowledge of end-to-end compensation processes, are necessary for success in this role. M&A experience would be highly advantageous.
