Senior Production Supervisor, Automotive Interior Decoratives

Mata Automotive Mexico, a leading supplier of interior decoratives, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will manage staff across multiple lines and ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards.

Fluent English (C1) and experience with automotive interiors using wood, carbon fiber, and fiberglass are required; familiarity with major customers like Tesla, Rivian, GM and VW is a plus.
