Build battlecards, demo flows, and objection handling content in partnership with Enablement.
Identifythe biggest setup and adoption blockers through Support, Services, and SC feedback.
Drive product changes, defaults, and workflows that reduce time-to-first-value.
Define and track adoption metrics (activation, setup success, time-to-first-campaign, usage expansion).
Run a lightweight operating cadence with GTM teams (AEs, SCs, CS, Enablement).
Convert field feedback into crisp product requirements and roadmap proposals.
