The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in‑person
- Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
- Think and write about your process and detail your decisions
