Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely vendor follow-up for order confirmations, dispatch planning, and issue resolution.

Manage and execute Purchase Order (PO) booking accurately within defined timelines.

Monitor and drive fill rate performance for , ensuring optimal product availability and

minimal stock-outs.

Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Planning, Finance, and Sales teams for seamless

operations.

Maintain strong stakeholder management with vendors and marketplace partners.

Track daily operational metrics and share performance reports with management.

Identify supply gaps and proactively implement corrective actions.
