Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Purpose

The Senior Procurement Analyst is a GCC‑based role responsible for end‑to‑end strategic sourcing activities, operating at a level equivalent to a Sourcing Manager. The role supports global spend categories and cross‑regional stakeholders, and plays a critical role in driving value creation, governance, and consistency across the sourcing lifecycle.

Assurant manages approximately USD 2B in annual third‑party spend across suppliers and service providers. In this context, the Senior Sourcing Analyst acts as a key enabler of the company’s sourcing strategy, leading complex RFPs, conducting commercial negotiations, and developing supplier strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and sustainable long‑term value.
