Senior Process Engineer - Powder Coating & Automation

Flex is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer – Painting Area (Powder Coating) for the Guadalajara North Campus. You will define controls, optimize painting processes, and contribute to new product introductions while ensuring safety and IPC/ESD compliance.

Responsibilities include leading engineers, managing automation and manual painting lines, and partnering with suppliers to source materials and equipment. Strong English communication and a degree in engineering are required.
