Must Haves
7+ years' experience as a Business AnalystMust have strong experience in requirements elicitation and management, along with deep expertise in end-to-end process management and a solid understanding of operational change management strategies and tactics.Proficiency with process mapping, process improvement, and process designExperience with project management systems, ideally within the Construction industry, and preferably with ProcoreNice to Have
