Senior Process Analyst (Fin Ops)

The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for the Fin Ops processes including chargeback, payment, reporting and data analytics with direction from the IT & Fin Ops Lead. This includes acting as primary liaison for support, providing subject matter expertise and championing continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.

Key Accountabilities

• Cost Visibility & Reporting: Maintain and enhance cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer) and reports to provide granular visibility into spend.
• Optimization & Savings: Identify opportunities for cost savings (e.g., through Savings Plans, eliminating unused licenses).
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop accurate monthly and quarterly spend forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain the why behind spend spikes.
