Role Overview

As a Release Manager within a Product Operating Model (POM) overseeing a business portfolio and platform, you will orchestrate the successful and predictable release of value to end users. You ensure that product and platform teams deliver with quality, timing, and alignment, while continuously improving the release process to support agility, scale, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Release Planning & Coordination: Own and maintain the release calendar, working across product, engineering, QA, and operations to schedule and coordinate releases.
• Ensure releases—especially cross‑team or cross‑domain—are well‑planned, communicated, and aligned to business milestones.
