About the Role – Tēnei tūranga

The Financial Markets team provides advice to Ministers to promote fair, efficient and transparent financial markets in New Zealand. Our vision is that all New Zealand consumers and businesses can pay, save, invest, borrow and manage financial risk efficiently and with confidence. The role includes advising on the regulation of financial services such as banks and insurers, insurance contract law, KiwiSaver and other managed funds, and wider investment settings, and how to grow our capital markets.
