Senior Planner and Analyst (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description

Develop and maintain the Waihi North Project (WNP) schedules, including the project master schedule, ensuring data integrity. The Principal Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analysing and optimising the project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project software linking schedule to the resourcing and cost WBS models. Provide direct support to the Project Controls Manager and WNP Project Director.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project based on project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Work closely with the Project Managers, Project Director, Study Manager and stakeholders to understand project objectives and constraints.
• Identify & report current and changes in critical paths, milestones, and dependencies.
• Optimize project completion timelines and resource allocation.
