About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical Backend Developer to join the Core Stability Team. You will take ownership of T3 escalations across our foundational systems, including the Backend Core, AI, and Content Lab. This role requires a developer who is comfortable navigating complex data structures, debugging intricate backend logic, and pushing stable code to production.

- T3 Issue Resolution: Investigate, reproduce, and resolve critical escalations across the Backend core, AI, and Content Lab.
