The Job in a Nutshell
A Senior People Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting People Operations activities across the company's portfolio in the KSA, UAE, UK, and MENA region. This role will ensure seamless execution of payroll, benefits administration, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR operations while maintaining adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
