Senior Paralegal - Mexico

About the Role

As a Senior Paralegal, you will own the day-to-day legal operations surrounding our commercial agreements, compliance efforts, international corporate subsidiaries, and corporate recordkeeping. Thriving in a remote-first, AI-forward, high-growth environment, you will proactively analyze contractual risk, streamline our contract and due diligence databases, and support strategic projects such as M&A, financings, and IP portfolio management.

Major Performance Objectives

1. Manage contractual workflows: act as the primary point of contact to review and process standard agreements (e.g., NDAs, employment, independent contractor agreements, equity grants) within a defined turnaround time (e.g., 48 hours).
