Senior Outerwear Designer

Our client, a leading importer of branded apparel for men, women and kids, is looking for a Senior Outerwear Designer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Presenting seasonal lines developed, providing relevant insight consistent with market trends for their outerwear division.
• Support merchandiser in specific design development projects.
• Trend research. Keep up to date with emerging and current trends.
• Work in collaboration with buyers and sales team on trends and customer needs.
• Create design and technical sketches (CADs).
• Create, develop, and edit detailed technical packages, including detailed technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator and Technical BOMs (bill of materials).
