Senior OS&E/FF&E Category Manager – Mexico

Accor, a global hospitality leader, seeks an OS&E/FF&E Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing for premium hotel segments in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, you will shape supplier strategy, drive cost excellence, and manage critical contracts for OS&E/FF&E, rooms, and services. Fluency in English and Spanish required; travel up to 10%.

You will partner with Procurement Director and hotel teams to ensure premium quality, sustainability, and risk management across the region.
