Senior Operations Leader, Canada - ExamOne

Position Summary As the Senior Operations Leader for ExamOne's Canadian operations, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of phlebotomy and health collection services. This role is responsible for scaling a high‑performing network of 30+ full‑time employees and 400 contingent on‑call resources across Canada to achieve aggressive growth, financial and customer satisfaction targets. You will serve as the primary liaison between ExamOne Canada and LifeLabs (a leading Canadian laboratory diagnostics company) and the U.S.‑based mobile phlebotomy leaders, ensuring seamless operational excellence. The position is located in the Toronto, Canada metro area.
