Senior Operations Director Role

Become the Senior Director of Operations at Mandeville, focusing on enhancing the Introducing Broker model and operational compliance. This role is critical to uphold CIRO regulatory standards and streamline operations.
As a key leader, you will ensure the firm meets all CIRO regulatory requirements while managing third-party relationships, including Fidelity Clearing Canada and others. Your oversight will ensure operational integrity in back-office functions, data reconciliation, and compliance with internal controls. Supporting Investment Advisors will be crucial, especially in transition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain oversight of operational framework and compliance
• Establish relationships with key service providers
• Ensure integrity of books and timely processing
• Supervise and guide operations staff and Investment Advisors
• Develop compliance training programs for personnel
