Opportunity Description
Location: Mississauga, Ontario – Hybrid (4 days/week in office). Moving to Etobicoke in 2026.
Reports to: Manager, Web Development & Integration
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise MuleSoft integrations and APIs
- Collaborate closely with MuleSoft Architects and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable, API‑led solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and integration partners
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and application issues, including complex or escalated incidents
- Support performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of integrations to ensure reliability and scalability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, API specifications, and support runbooks
