Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining Master Data records on storeroom inventory and support of storeroom cost savings initiatives for the maintenance departments.

Responsibilities

Create parts information files (PIR) start to finish which includes using approved nomenclature in part description, building manufacturer parts records, verification of price, assigning locations, building supplier parts records, setting reorder points and activation/deactivation of records. Process requests for SAP part number creation on new parts. Maintain all digital forms for parts request and update as needed. Create storeroom inventory locations, perform transfers between locations, reverse receipts entry, validate invoices for Payables.
