What you’ll do
- Mentorship: Take an active role in the professional development of junior designers, providing regular 1:1 creative guidance and technical coaching.
- Art Direction: Collaborate with creative leadership to set the visual tone and motion language for major campaigns.
- GenAI Leadership: Implement and standardize the use of Generative AI tools (Weavy, Freepik, Replicate) within the team's workflow to drive efficiency.
