About This Role
You’ll join Keka as Senior Motion Designer, leading motion design across explainers, product demos, reels, and brand campaigns. You're an experienced craftsperson who's ready to step into light leadership mentoring junior motion talent, setting creative direction, and building scalable motion systems that let Keka ship high-volume content without losing craft.
You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with Design, Product, Events, Video, and Social teams. You're still getting your hands dirty with animation and motion design 50% of the time this isn’t a pure management role. You're a lead by example kind of senior.
Your north star: translate HR complexity into motion that feels human and intuitive, then scale that motion language globally as Keka expands.
