Senior Middleware Platform Manager — 24x7 Operations Lead

10Pearls seeks an experienced Senior Manager Technology – Middleware to ensure stability, reliability, and high availability of middleware platforms in a large-scale environment. You will provide L3 support, manage escalations, support BAU and projects in a 24x7 on-call model, and ensure audit and security compliance.

You will collaborate with application, database, security, network, and infra teams to optimize middleware services while managing Opex and Capex budgets.
