Pomerleau is seeking a Senior MEP Operations Lead to support the WAHA Redevelopment Project, a complex healthcare initiative requiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The MEP Senior Operations Lead will have a dual reporting relationship, reporting to the WAHA Project Director on project-related deliverables and to the MEP Manager for technical leadership.

This Toronto‑based role will be primarily office‑focused, with a requirement to conduct site inspections approximately every four weeks, progressing to more frequent visits as the project advances toward completion and commissioning.
