TotalEnergies EP Uganda (TEPU) has ended the exploration phase and is now preparing for First Oil and Ramp up of personnel.TEPU is transitioning and needs staff competency development for the upcoming project phase, including first oil ramp-up and field operations at the industrial site.
Dynamic business requires efficient, flexible adaptation to evolving demands. Ability to work under pressure and handle
emergencies is essential. Maintain confidentiality of HR and medical information in a multicultural environment.
