Senior Marketing Lead, Growth & Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Marketing Director to lead the country-level strategy for the Surgery platform in Chile. You will translate global priorities into a local growth agenda, drive sales growth and profitability, and own the marketing plan including pricing strategy.

You will coach and develop a team of more than five direct reports, partner with sales leadership, and align across functions to deploy impactful plans.
