Job Overview

The Senior Market Development Agronomist will collaborate with sales leadership and other team members to develop and deliver agronomic and crop production solutions for farm customers, driving commercial success. In this role, you will contribute to new product development and market positioning to expand the assigned region. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in crop production, mentoring and training internal teams and external clients.
• Execute the organisation's crop input market development strategies, including customer field meetings, product trials, agronomy events, and marketing support.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key crop input suppliers.
