We are currently hiring a Senior Manager to join our growing Transaction Tax Services team, which can be based in any of our locations across Canada. This new role will involve assisting clients with transaction tax issues including buy‑side and sell‑side tax due diligence, tax structuring, modeling, pre‑sale planning, sale‑purchase agreements and post‑closing matters.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesLead sell‑side and buy‑side tax due diligence engagements to identify, evaluate and quantify potential tax liabilities and exposures, mitigating them prior to sale processes and in collaboration with legal counsel.Work with Partners and clients to mit...
